What is flutter leather?

Floater leather is one of the types of leather that is used in the leather embroidery industry and the manufacture of leather products. This type of leather is produced using the skin of animals such as cows, goats and sheep. In this method, after entering the leather factory, the skin of the animal is first cleaned of its wool and hair. Then, with the help of chemicals, the skin is separated from the outer shell, and the inner shell, which contains fibers that are woven crosswise, is filled with a special device called a floater and becomes a tight net. Then, using special machines known as tambourines, this tour is pressed into leather so that it can take its final shape.
